Insurance
Customers are encouraged to provide proof of insurance, such as homeowner’s coverage, or purchase a policy through a partner provider.
The facility itself does not automatically insure stored items, so coverage through your own policy or a third-party provider is recommended.
Payments & Fees
No, there are no registration or administrative fees, and there are no hidden costs.
Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Rates are guaranteed not to increase for two years from the agreement date.
If payment becomes overdue, the facility will begin a lien process in accordance with state law, which may eventually lead to auction if unresolved.
Access & Hours
Office is open Monday-Saturday 7:30am-6pm Sunday 9am-1pm Excluding major holidays.
Gate access is generally available from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily using your personal access code.
No, extended or after-hours access is not available for security reasons.
Move-Out Process
Yes, notice should be given by the 10th of the month you plan to move out to ensure deposit eligibility.
Yes, deposits are refunded if proper notice is given, the unit is cleaned, and keys/locks are returned. Refunds are typically mailed within two weeks.
Restrictions & Prohibited Items
You cannot store hazardous materials, flammable items, perishable goods, illegal items, or anything that could pose a safety risk.
